The main function of a bookkeeper is to make sure all of the expenses, income, and all transactions are recorded in the companies financial system. Our story starts with our own businesses as sole proprietors. It was so exciting to start a business doing what we love to do. Being an expert in that field was crucial to being a success. We needed to show your customers that we were the best at what we did. We quickly learned that the demands on our time was never ending. The largest demand on our time was networking and marketing. (you can’t have sales if you don’t have customers) With so many demands on our time, we realized some important things were put on the back burner. Bookkeeping was one of the easiest things to neglect. At the end of the year, we were always regretting that decision. We have always wanted to help people, and this gave us an epiphany. We could use our skills with understanding business, bookkeeping, and our desire to help people by wrapping what we can do in a bookkeeping package.
